Neheri is a Bishop within the Church of the Holy Light and is a leader of one of three power bases within the council. The youngest of the bishops, tall, powerfully built Neheri is part of the new order of the Church. He fought in the Third War, shoulder to shoulder with the night elves and the orcs, and actively attempts to recruit nonhumans. Neheri also feels the time of passive protection is long past - the Church needs to attack its enemies rather than waiting for them to strike. He is less concerned with his own behaviour, feeling that priests should have some leeway in order to better protect their people. He has won most of the younger priests to his cause, and battles Hylan bitterly at every turn - the only place they agree is that the Church's followers deserve protection.
