The Champion is the good-aligned promotion of the cavalier in Might and Magic VII: For Blood and Honor. To be promoted to champions, cavaliers must seek out Leda Rowan in the Bracada Desert and complete the quest to win the arena in Harmondale five times at knight difficulty. Champions gain 9 hit points per level. Compared to cavaliers, they can learn grandmaster sword, spear, plate, shield, body building, repair item, and armsmaster instead of master. Evil-aligned cavaliers can instead be promoted to black knights. They can learn skills to the same level as champions.
