Soli Izumo was the leader of the Order of Soli, one of the eight brotherhoods of the Kitsu race, and Lord of his brethren. Due to the ambitious and treacherous members of another Kitsu brotherhood, the Order of Tsuno, the City of Night, capital of the Alliance of the Five Races was destroyed. Izumo hunted the rebellious Tsuno, and captured them after a great battle. The Tsuno were banished from the City of Night as traitors and sent to Toshigoku.
