  • * Steve thinks that the phrase "Lávate las manos" is a spell, but it actually means "wash your hands" in Spanish. * Eartha Kitt provided the voice of the carnival fortune teller. * Stan infects Brett's restaurant food with bird flu, an epidemic which has spread in recent years. * When Stan is describing his vision of heaven to Brett, "Sister Christian" by Night Ranger is heard playing in the background. This marks the second appearance of the song in the series, the first being in "Joint Custody". In this episode, a cover of the original song is used instead. :From the episode's DVD commentary: * The writers had trouble coming up with an ending. For a few nights, a group of writers worked late to come up with an ending. Among the suggested endings were Stan attending Brett's funeral, meeting Brett's Christian brother, and becoming fast friends. Finally, one of the writers in the group, David Hemingson, came up with the Satanic twist ending. Due to the writers' eagerness to get home, they wrote the ending in only 20 minutes. * The subplot was based on a dream one of the show's writers had in which she was a student at Hogwarts. * The episode was originally titled "Shipley’s Believe It or Not", after the writer for this episode. Press releases have also given the title as "Hogwarts".http://www.thefutoncritic.com/listings/20080707fox17/
