Coati(VRRM077) was born in the Rascals Mob on February 18, 2004. Little info is known about Coati. His mother was most likely Yeca and his father was most likely Spofi, the dominant pair at the time. His exact litter-mates are unknown. Coati survived to adulthood. He like all adults started helping out around the mob by taking sentry, caring for the pups by babysitting and teaching them how to survived int he kalahari. He started to rove with the older males. Sadly in 2007, Yeca and Spofi's reign came ot an end. Blondie became the new dominant female along side her brother Harvey. By then the Rascals were mostly male with few adult females. The males hung around a bit longer. In October 2007, all the adult males took to roving inclusing Harvey and Coati. The males were absent for two month
