  • The Twins are a Hard Mode boss similar to the Eye of Cthulhu, and the only source of Souls of Sight. The boss is made up of two enemies joined by a "rope" of flesh: Spazmatism and Retinazer. The Twins will sometimes spawn at night during Hard Mode, with the message, "This is going to be a terrible night..." appearing that dusk. This is more likely to happen if the player already has a Mechanical Eye.
  • The Twins devote their time to creating elaborate and intelligent schemes designed to make their stay at Superjail entertaining. Though they claim to be the last of their race, it is revealed they are from another planet and are actually just staying at Superjail for a one-year holiday under permission from their father and refuse to go back home. Both are voiced by Richard Mather.

  • The Twins were two mysterious twins whom were believed by Council Guardians of Special Operations, led by Larac, to be connected to the increased crime spree. The crime spree was later revealed to be connected with the Fallen Order. Since all known intel about the cult suggested that the only twins in the Fallen Order were Zeldora and Ramona Aion, whom were killed by Sirberius Reono and Dante during the Battle of Schloss Fünf, The Twins were guessed to just be spectators or spies of a different organization. The Twins were later revealed as Valentine de Invidia and Kira.
  • The Twins are the sheep that look very similar. They are good friends of Shaun. It’s usually double the trouble when this woolly duo is involved. Impossible to tell apart, they’re always up for an adventure, so when Shaun suggests a day out, these two are first in the line! Boisterous, loud and full of energy, this sparky pair likes nothing better than battling it out in a play fight. But the Twins always come together in times of trouble, so when the Farmer needs finding, they do their best to help out.

  • The stun setting was removed which lessened the Twins versatility; however, the owner of these customized blasters was not the sort to take prisoners. Dragus wanted a weapon that would kill, not disable. If disabling was necessary, he would attempt to aim for a non-lethal shot. The most remarkable addition to the weapons was a coating of Reflec polymer that covered the entire outer surface of both pistols. Not only did this help hide the blasters from sight, but it also helped to conceal them from detection by sensor scans.

It took three generations to build the Twins, but afterwards they quickly grew wealthy by charging passing travelers for the use of the Crossing. The bridge is a massive arch of smooth grey stone, wide enough for two wagons to pass abreast.
