The Constitution of Broker is the state constitution of the Atlion state of Broker. It is the supreme law formulating the law and government of Broker, subject only to the national constitution. The second and current Broker Constitution was adopted in 1986. It provides for three branches of government: legislative (the Broker State Legislature), executive (the Governor of Broker), and judicial (the Courts of Broker). It also sets up local governments in the form of counties, municipalities and independent municipalities. Instead of taking the form of a traditional "one-document" constitution, since 1986, the Constitution consists of a series of acts passed by the Legislature.
