The Halfhorn Helm was the crown of the God Kings of Garlenn, and the God Kings of the Sound of Laughter. The original Halfhorn Helm was made from a simple golden crown to which God King Ross Hockson's stumpedleft horn was attached to. Jeg Hohn originally recorded its existence, but the original has since been lost to time and it is unclear if it still existed at the time of Jeg Hohn. It is said that fine topazes, and jades hung loosely about chains on the horn.

A witewood branch is attached to it opposite the original crown. The iron ring of the crown surrounds a kyaun-like iron cap, upon which a red ires mouth is painted, called "Seki Lo's smile." Latter Garlenner incarnations of the crown were more ornate, decorated with all sorts of gemstones, and precious metals, though moose horns were used instead.
