The target can be led to believe that maggots are filling up their lungs, causing the brain to think their lungs are full and unable to draw fresh air while they throw up imaginary maggots. While in another case the maggots could swarm the individuals brains, leading that victim to drawn a kunai (in real time) and proceed to stab themselves to stop the infestation.
