Grantham House was an 8 storey tower block located on Woodcock Lane in the Shenley Fields area of south Birmingham. Construction of the block began in 1958 and it was completed in 1959 by DL along with its sister tower Grantham House. The blocks both contained 32 flats. They have since been demolished and replaced with lowrise modern housing named 'Loxley Close'.
