Pennycroft House is a 13 storey tower block on Rattle Croft in the Stechford area of East Birmingham. Plans for the block were approved in 1965 as part of the Manor Road Project, and the block was completed in 1967 by Morriss & Jacombs using the Bison construction technique. It is 38 metres tall and has 52 flats.
