The Governing Board of the University of Lightsbridge works in concert with the Initiate Council of Winding Circle to create legislation for mages across the known lands. Their influence extends far to the north, and far to the south all the way to Tharios. The governing board is made up of mages. Niklaren Goldeye and Rosethorn are both known members of the board.
