Jia'anKahr City was a settlement on the planet Vulcan that was noted for the catacombs underneath it. On 11 August 2186, Federation News Service Human reporter Rachel McCullers arrived on the Vulcan homeworld where it forced her to re-examine her view of the planet as she thought it had a harsh climate.
