Unfriendly natives, in Swallows and Amazons series lingo are Natives who are considered unfriendly. A native is anyone who is not part of a crew of explorers or pirates. A native may be dubbed unfriendly if they act rude or antisocial, but may also be dubbed unfriendly if they misunderstand the exploration or games they are playing, hinder their games or mention the fantasies the children play are not real. Trouble caused by these types is called "native trouble."
