Chambre des Cellules means House of Cells in French (If I'm wrong post a comment below. I had to get it off a website. Don't speak French fluently). It is meant to imprison enemies of France. It looks like an ordinary house under construction, but strong voodoo enchantments were placed over it making it a little harder to get out of (Not that secure at the moment sadly). Though it is possible to escape. Only voodoo can allow someone out (Currently known). This prison was ordered to be constructed by Nate Blueshot, a French pirate. It exists but the location is currently secret. Although it is named "House of Cells" in French, it is one huge cell with only one bed. It is not currently in use and so far nobody works there (now looking for employment).
