Carlos Coy (born October 5, 1970), better known by his stage name South Park Mexican, is an American rapper from Houston, Texas. He and his brother and a friend founded the record company Dope House Records in 1995. Coy was convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a young child in 2002. He was sentenced to 45 years incarceration. While still in prison, coy has still continued to record music.
