Charles Dickens narrates The Muppet Christmas Carol. A representation of the famous 19th-century novelist — "a genius" — this blue, furry Charles Dickens hangs out with a rat and knows the story of A Christmas Carol like the back of his scarred hand. Like most storytellers, Dickens is omniscient, fully aware of what the tale's characters are involved in, regardless of his location. This does not prevent him from seeking closer vantage points for observing the action, putting "Mr. Dickens" and Rizzo in frequent peril.
