Jeffrey Combs is an American stage, screen, and voice actor. He is perhaps best known for his role as Nolan West in the Re-Animator movies, as well playing various aliens on Star Trek (on shows starring Rene Auberjonois and John Billingsley). He was also the voice of Ratchet on Transformers: Prime (co-starring Peter Cullen, Frank Welker, Kevin Michael Richardson, and Josh Keaton).
