Dandy Bill is a fighting dog owned by the young girl, Shiyoko. He obeys from Shiyoko's flute playing and to carry out attacks on its music. Dandy Bill was winning the match against Tachibana's boxer, Bruiser until Tachibana Goto cheats by breaking Shiyoko's flute.
