The Legion Side Arm is the standard issue pistol of Legion Army officers. It is one of three weapons which may drop during PvE and open world instances that are exclusively available to Medics, the others being the Legion Combat Knife and the Adrenaline Gun. Compared to the other Medic ranged weapons, the Legion Side Arm deals more damage per hit but also has the slowest fire rate. It also has the distinction of being the gun with the lowest dps of in the game aside from the paingun.
