Teluridian IV was where Maquis members Chakotay and B'Elanna Torres bested two pursuing Starfleet runabouts by fooling them into believing that their ship was in distress by blowing out the dorsal phase emitters. (VOY: "Ex Post Facto") This planet was only mentioned in dialogue. According to the Star Trek Encyclopedia (4th ed., vol. 2, p. 379) , this planet was located in the Alpha Quadrant.
