Mia-zed is a food made by the Vulcan civilization. Mia-zed was one of many dishes prepared in the food processor units aboard the USS Enterprise. (TOS reference: Mr. Scott's Guide to the Enterprise) Presumably, this dish is mostly or all vegetarian, in accordance with mainstream Vulcan custom.
