This event replaces the Mystery Candy drops from the Enchanted Pumpkins entirely with Halloween Costume Pieces, which have a 100% drop rate. Players can exchange these pieces to the Traveling Vendor for Halloween Treats, which contains costumes that have a 1 day, 7 day, 30 day, or permanent duration.
