Osip Agronov was a Russian-Israeli businessman and powerful crime lord who was taking part in a mass rail deal in which Frank Semyon and Jacob McCandless were involved. He served as a personal enemy and rival to Semyon and also appeared as one of the two secondary antagonists of the second season of True Detective.
