The Estara Hills were located south of Ehrlitan on Seven Cities near the coast of the Ehrlitan Sea. A coastal road passed through the hills where the Malazan Military kept a small outpost known as Ladro Keep. The village of Ladro Landing was near the keep and the village of Intesarm was further south.
