Many a century ago, the Cenozoic Empire came to destroy Earth. However, an alien biologist named Avius created an army of bio-tech dinosaurs he called 'Galacto-saurs' to postpone their invasion. Avius knew they would return, so he recruited 5 teenagers from the Alberta town of Hawk Bluffs, a town known for its space port, to become Power Rangers.
