Ola Floene (born 1 February 1969) is a co-driver from Norway who is with Andreas Mikkelsen for the 2015 season as his navigator, his second stint with the VW Works driver. At the age of 44, he won the 2013 Junior World Rally Championship, with Pontus Tidemand, before reuniting with Mikkelsen at the Rally Sardegna in 2014. At the next event in Poland, Floene recorded a first-ever podium with second place and a first-ever win at Catalunya the following year as Sebastien Ogier crashed out on the very last special stage. He is the first Norwegian co-driver to ever win a rally.
