The Dalek Emperor, sometimes known as the Emperor of the Daleks is the big bad boss Dalek, who despite his important authority and high acclaim, is more often than not completely incapable of the slightest movements. He often sits in a giant casing that is welded onto the surrounding environment, and is different from the other Daleks for the sole purpose of showing that he's special. These casings have ranged from a giant white cone to a big Dalek casing. At one point it was just a big domed Dalek with Davros inside it... oh yeah, Spoilers.
