Jerome Davis was an dyslexic double mass murderer who shot four people to death in a car, two of whom were undercover police officers. He later killed five drug dealers with the assistance of his girlfriend Tamara Bates. He was manipulated by Tamara into committing the murders for drug money. Whilst Tamara is serving a life sentence in Bedford Hills without parole, Jerome was executed for nine counts of first-degree murder. (CI: "Stray")
