Stephan Rowdall was the chef on a Marine base in the West Blue. He was the foster father of Devin Rain, but got accidentally killed by him when he was practicing his gunship skills. Once his base got attacked, he teamed up with battle marines and he showed his abilities with kitchenknives. His grave stand on the plane between the main gate and the main building of G-12, North Blue.
