The CZW Iron Man Championship is a professional wrestling title in the Philadelphia-based promotion Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW). It was established in 1999 at CZW's first show, Opening Night with Derek Domino as the first champion. Despite the name, the Iron Man title is not exclusively defended in Iron Man matches, though they are not uncommon. There have been a total of twenty-three recognized champions who have had a combined thirty-three official reigns.
