Clippens I is a 5 storey tower block in Linwood, near Glasgow. It is part of the Mid-rise esatte of Clippens and was one of 13 similar blocks on the estate. This has been reduced to 11 since two have been demolished since 2002. This block could well be demolished itself if proposed plans to regenerate the area as a low rise, private estate get approved
