The fight takes place in Balga's Dais. If this is not your first Maat fight, you must walk to the BC; Maat will not teleport you. Something not mentioned in this guide should be noted, make sure you have skilled-up your hand to hand prior to entering Maat fight otherwise you will die. Any skill ups you can get for guarding and evasion are helpful as well.
