Created during the summer of 2004. The topic actually spawned from an earlier topic called "To all those who are bored" made by Kyle Bowen. In that topic was a "party" like atmosphere that later spawned the more formal Bar and Social Lounge. As of July 2010, there have been 76 full topics. Not one topic has purged before filling.
