Manuel "Manny" Devalos who serves as the District Attorney of Phoenix, Arizona. He is married to Lily Devalos and is a longtime friend of Detective Lee Scanlon. Like Joe, he is often a voice of reason in Allison DuBois' life, more inclined to doubt her visions, due to the fact that they cannot serve as hard evidence in a courtroom, until actual proof is found.
