The main base for the Peoples Republic of Charlie, Once the Outpost and religious center of The Brotherhood of NOD. Since then the city surrounding was rioted and the space was taken over by Charlie and Ravorzira. Now it is The Center of the nation and outside is a cattle farm. since it is near the coast it also holds a great fish market. In a great location with docks too there is trades going in and out of gold gems and more. secretly though there is also uranium and lead being shipped on the western coast.
