The Eryngii then makes an attack roll against the flatfooted defense of every creature grappled and deals normal damage along with an additional 1d6 per level (max 20d6). Creatures with an ability that allows them to retain their dexterity bonus against attacks must make a fortitude save DC: 14 + constitution modifier or lose the effects of that feat for the attack.
