In The Sims 2 and The Sims 3, Plan Outfit is an interaction that requires a dresser to change a Sim's clothes for an outfit type. In The Sims 3, it can also be used for cloning precreated neighborhood and in-game created Sims to the Sim bin in Create a Sim or The Exchange. Using boolprop testingcheatsenabled, a player can select the "Plan Outfit" option in the Sim's pie menu and add any clothes in the game to their cart, which will allow the Sim to wear them.
