Brooke Vallone(born May 9, 1987) is an American actress and producer who made her acting debut on the show "South of Nowhere," playing the role of Carmen, Spencer's love interest, early in the first half of the show's 3rd season. She reprised the role of Carmen for a few episodes during the second half of the 3rd season.
