Lindin, along with Peter and Baerin, is a member of Kirian's adventuring party in the Mutamin's Garden area east of Temple. They are arrogant Waterdhavians that enjoy picking fights with "rustic local" adventuring parties such as yourself. Peter is a melee fighter.
