Flaws are negatives aspects of the presidente's history, abilities, and life. In Tropico and Tropico 3, each presidente gets two traits and two flaws. Flaws were removed in Tropico 4 and most of them (except for Lazy, Moronic, Short Tempered, and Shy) became traits.
