Jacob is the main antagonist in the 2000 film Road Trip. He is played by Anthony Rapp Jacob is a stalkerish, strongly Christian teacher assistant who hates Josh, the main protagonist, and goes out of his way to get him kicked out of college. He is also obsessively in love with Tiffany, especially after she has a one-night stand with Josh. At the end of the film, it is revealed that he goes on to become a suicidal cult leader. He tried to organize a mass suicide, but unfortunately, he drank the kool-aid first and his followers changed their minds and left his dead body.
