Phil's Island is the home of the great trainer of heroes, Philoctetes. The island is where early heroes such as Achilles, Perseus, Odysseus, and Jason trained to become heroes, only to end as failures. The only exception is Phil's star pupil, Hercules, who goes on to become the greatest hero in Ancient Greece.
