Tom Dice is the stage name of Begian singer-songwriter Tom Eeckhout. He rose to fame after finishing as runner up on the Flemish version of "The X Factor" using his birth name. He was selected to represent his home country at the 2010 contest in Oslo where he won the first semi final (also becoming the first Belgian act to qualify for the final since the introduction of the semi finals) and finished in 6th place, one of the country's best placings in the contest.
