The 1995-96 Slovak 2.Liga season was the third season of the league as the third-level competition in Slovakia. 21 teams, divided into three groups, participated in the league, with the top two teams in each group qualifying for the final round. The first place finisher there was promoted to the Slovak 1.Liga.
