Dr William Farewell Blake (20 November 1846 - 1927) was a surgeon and local politician. A Licentiate of the Royal College of Surgeons, he had residences at South Petherton in Somerset and Brunswick Gardens, Campden Hill, Kensington. He was a member of the Liberal-backed Progressive Party, and was a member of the London County Council for 12 years: from 2 July 1892 - March 1898 as a councillor for Finsbury Central, and as an alderman from 1898 -1904.
