Shroids are robotic sub-species of Shroobs. They trap Mario and Luigi inside crystals and then fire an energy blast at them. They also carry flags with Mario and Luigi's symbol on them then they hold up a flag to make Mario or Luigi jump, if the wrong Mario brother jumps or they do not jump at all, the Shroid will throw the flags at them. They also have enhanced strength as they are able to carry a large spike ball and then throw it at Mario or Luigi. They are located in Toad Town.
