The Mall Santa Boy is a small young boy who only appeared briefly in Simpsons Roasting on an Open Fire. He is spoiled and was eating a donut when he was taken to the Springfield Mall, but the donut was eaten by Homer (as Santa) when the boy's picture was taken.
