Kuromeyo is a giant bladed paint brush that possesses the ability to produce an unlimited amount of pitch black ink with sealing capabilities and allows the user to write and produce ink in the air. By being stricken with the ink produced by this weapon, anything or person loses their ability to function. For example if the mouth of the target is blackened by the ink, the target will lose their ability to speak and breath out their mouth, if the user inks a barrier the barrier will lose all of its abilities. In addition to losing their abilities, techniques and people that have been stricken by the produced ink are unable to harm the wielder under certain restrictions.
