Carolina mainly has relationships with her fellow Freelancers rather than the Reds and Blues. She didn't trust the Reds and Blues and saw them as worthless idiots. However, she warms up to them as they work together to find the Director and by the end of Season 10, she considers them as friends. It's even revealed that in Season 13, Carolina considers the group as a family and her greatest fear is to witness them die.
